REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2026-2027 AND 2027-2028
The Pharmacy and Poisons Board (“the Board”) is mandated by Cap 244 of the Laws of Kenya to protect and promote public health by regulating the pharmacy profession and ensuring access to quality, safe, and effective health products and technologies.
The Board invites eligible suppliers, contractors and consultants to apply for registration in the categories listed in this document for for the financial year 2026-2027 and 2027-2028, pursuant to section 71 of the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, Cap. 412C.
All the interested, eligible bidders may download the complete set of tender document from the Board website www.pharmacyboardkenya.org or www.tenders.go.ke free of charge
Tender document shall be submitted in hard copy and deposited in the Tender Box located at the Board’s Headquarters, Old Building Reception Ground Floor on or before 7th October 2026 at 10:30 am; clearly indicating category and Category Code applied for.
