Bidder request for Clarification: PPB being a National Medicines Regulatory Authority, we understand that you regulate the safety, efficacy, and quality of all health products and technologies including Nitrosamines which is critical.
Bidder recommendation: With the above application, you need a high sensitive LCMSMS for accurate identification of various compounds in drugs.
Issue: The tender specifications have not clearly indicated key specifications required e.g. sensitive of system, pressures needed etc. We would want to ensure PPB gets a system suitable for intended application and hence propose the below minimum specs.
This will also ensure All bidders will offer systems with same capabilities; for fairness in tender evaluation in terms of technical & financial competitiveness.
It is important the PPB procures a system that can carry out intended work
