Guidelines for Management of Narcotics, Psychotropics and Precursor Chemical Substances
These guidelines provide a comprehensive framework for the regulation, control, and management of Narcotics, Psychotropic Substances, and Precursor Chemicals (NPPs) in Kenya.

Legal & Regulatory Basis
The guidelines are issued under the mandate of the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB) pursuant to:
- The Pharmacy and Poisons Act (Cap 244)
- International Drug Control Conventions (1961, 1971, 1988)
PPB serves as the National Competent Authority responsible for regulating licit use of NPPs in Kenya.
