 Brief description of the problem

The product is being recalled due to wrong product (label and contents are different products). The label of the secondary package for Flamodip (Amlodipine) 5 Mg Tablets reads Flamodip-5 (Amlodipine) whereas the primary package reads Flaminopril-5 (Enalapril).

Action for healthcare professionals

Quarantine all the remaining stock and stop further distribution, sale, issuing, or use of the batch IMMEDIATELY. Await contact from Harleys Limited to arrange the return.

Action for patients and members of the public

Patients and members of the public who are in possession of the product batch are advised to IMMEDIATELY return the product to the nearest healthcare facility.
