Quality Policy
The Top Management of the Pharmacy and Poisons Board is committed to maintaining and continually improving an effective Quality Management System in alignment with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. The system ensures compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements and meets the needs and expectations of stakeholders, including regulated entities, healthcare professionals and the general public. It proactively addresses emerging trends and risks within the pharmaceutical and health products sector.
Quality objectives are established at both the corporate and functional levels and are aligned with the Strategic Plan and relevant international best practices.
This Quality Policy is maintained as documented information, communicated, understood and applied throughout the organization, made available to relevant interested parties and periodically reviewed to ensure its continued suitability, adequacy and effectiveness.
