Nairobi, KENYA – 9th April 2025  – The Chairperson of the Pharmacy and Poisons Board, Dr. Charles Githinji, accompanied by CEO Dr. F.M. Siyoi, signed the Board’s Performance Contract for the Financial Year 2024/2025. The ceremony was presided over by the Cabinet Secretary for Health, Hon. Aden Duale.

In his remarks, the Cabinet Secretary emphasized the importance of performance contracts in the public sector, noting that they help institutions set clear, measurable targets aligned with national priorities. He highlighted that the process enhances accountability and fosters a results-driven culture across Ministries, Departments, and Agencies.
